Mama Lookin’ Good!

How was everyone’s week? Ella and I are so excited because we were accepted by Reward Style. So that means we will be able to link everything we use from here on out!

Continuing on…

The hardest part of my week has been trying to figure out how to get ready (aka look like a human) in legit 2.5 seconds.  Don’t get me wrong, having a fresh face is amazing, however, when you have been up all night long with a crying baby and whacked out hormones, you can kiss gorgeous dewy skin goodbye. (I am now besties with the dark circles that live under my eyes!) That made me think, what are my favorite products that have helped me look decent quickly! So I have listed my favorite products right now and why.

WARNING: I am not even close to a makeup expert, but all of these products have truly helped me out!

Batiste Dry Shampoo

If I could choose only one beauty product this would be it! First, I just don’t have the time or energy to wash my hair. Thanks to Batiste, I can go up to a week (it’s really stretching it) without washing my hair. I love the way it soaks up the oils in my hair without making my hair feel gritty. If I haven’t convinced you yet, will the $7.99 price tag do it for you??

 Tarte Shape Tape Concealer

This stuff is the ish’! I have never been a big concealer person, but this has CHANGED my life. Not only does it give you amazing coverage, but those dark circles are gone! I basically just put this on with some bronzer and go!

Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer

When I became pregnant my skin went from oily to super dry. When I would attempt to apply foundation it would just cake on my face. So I did some research and ran across this awesome product! It gives your skin that little extra hydration while pairing with your foundation perfectly! It also doesn’t feel sticky. I MAKE SURE to put this on before I apply any kind of makeup.

Nyx Professional Makeup Matte Liquid Liner

I am a HUGE fan of Nyx Cosmetics. They have really great makeup for phenomenal pricing! I have tried all kinds of liners. The issue I run into the most is smearing or not lasting but for a few hours. This has done the trick for me! It’s super easy to apply and create a winged look. Also, at $7.00 I think this is a steal!

Nyx Professional Makeup Control Freak Eyebrow Gel

Brows are now the cleavage of your face, they are the focal point half the time. I have never been into filling my brows because I always think I look like Count Dracula. However, there is nothing wrong with well-kept fuzzies. With that being said, this is clear eyebrow gel. It basically puts a clear coat on your eyebrows to help shape them. Even if I don’t wear a stitch of makeup I will make sure my eyebrows are straight with this Control Freak Gel.

e.l.f Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder- Turk Caicos

One of the hardest beauty products to find is a good bronzer. The bronzers I have found make me look too orange or dirty. With a price tag of $4.00, I felt like I didn’t have anything to lose by picking this bronzer/highlighter duo. I love highlighters so much! If it was acceptable I would look like a disco ball. So two in the price of one for $4.00 is unreal, but what shocked me, even more, is how gorgeous this palette is. The bronzer actually blends in my face super well and gives me a super healthy glow. The highlighter gives a subtle dewy look without making you look shiny!

Dani Naturals Lotion

I just recently found Dani products, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Dani products are completely natural and made from the BEST certified organic materials. They list all ingredients they use on each product description which makes me feel that much better about it. The Dani team sent me lotion in the grapefruit scent to try out and I AM OBSESSED. It keeps me completely moisturized, and I know it’s safe to use on my skin. They carry a variety of skin care products in different scents and I can’t wait to try them all!
